JAIPilot is licensed under the Mozilla Public License 2.0. You are free to use it according to the terms of that license.

JAIPilot is a commercial, managed offering that provides additional features, infrastructure, and support.

JAIPilot uses Google Gemini (gemini.google.com) for AI-powered test generation.

Requests and code context are sent to JAIPilot servers, and interfaces with Google Gemini.

JAIPilot may require account setup and payment via credit-based billing. Credits are non-refundable and usage-based. There is no auto-renewal unless explicitly enabled.

We reserve the right to suspend your access if billing fails or terms are violated.

JAIPilot is a digital software product that offers prepaid, usage-based access to AI-powered features. Due to the nature of the service:

• All purchases are final once credits are bought.
• We do not offer cancellations, refunds, or exchanges for any reason.
• Credits are non-transferable, non-refundable, and do not expire unless stated otherwise.

In rare cases of technical malfunction or billing issues, you may contact us at support@jaipilot.com. We will evaluate such cases at our sole discretion and may offer a resolution if appropriate.

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer or tamper with the plugin
• Use it to generate or transmit malicious or illegal content
• Bypass usage limits or abuse infrastructure via automation

You retain full ownership of your code. JAIPilot does not claim any rights over your source files or test output.

• Code context is temporarily processed by JAIPilot servers and then securely sent to Google Gemini
• Logs may be stored for 30 days for debugging or billing
• We do not use your data for training or resale

JAIPilot is provided "as-is" with no warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or performance of generated code.

You are responsible for reviewing and validating all output before using it in production.

JAIPilot is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use or misuse of the plugin, including but not limited to lost profits, code defects, or system failures.

You may stop using JAIPilot at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or revoke access to services if we detect abuse or violations of these terms.

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page and clearly communicated within the plugin or website if they are significant.
